I hope you all had an excellent Christmas and New Year and are fully back in the swing of eating healthy and exercising regularly?

Sometimes, no matter how well we plan our day and buy the right foods, we run out of time to make a healthy, nutritious meal or snack. It’s at these times that we often succumb to processed junk for sheer convenience.

Smoothies, so long as you make them from scratch and include the right things, are a great way to ensure you get all the energy and nutrients you need, fast.

  • 100ml’s Almond milk
  • 2 tbl spoons of oats
  • Small handful of blueberries
  • Small handful of frozen berries
  • 1 Satsuma
  • 2 Medjool dates (stoned)
  • Large handful of spinach
  • 1 Banana
