Here’s my take on a healthy Pina Colada…so I’m sorry, but there’s no ‘Havana club’ or ‘Bacardi’ here!
This smoothie would make an excellent breakfast to set you up for the day, or as an energy boost after a workout. It’s packed full of fruit and tastes great.
The ingredients are below.
- 300ml’s Coconut water
- Large handful of spinach
- 1 Kiwi, peeled
- 1 Banana
- Small handful of pineapple
- Small handful of pomegranate seeds (optional)
