So, most of the children have gone back to school this week and it’s time to get back on track with your exercise and eating normally again 🙂

 

September is the perfect time to restart and get going again on your health and fitness goals now holidays are out of the way. Going back to when we, as children, would start a new term or new school in September, we are naturally conditioned to start new projects and have an increase in motivation again this time of year.

 

I wanted to share the video below with you to give you an extra boost and help you get back on track. If you have gained a few extra pounds over the summer, feel a bit sluggish, clothes feel a little bit tighter then this is for you. I’m dedicating this to all of my personal training clients who get up bright and early to train at 6:30 in the morning. I hope this reminds you and everyone else that’s it’s soooo worth it and you know you always feel better for it in the end.
