Welcome to the first ever ‘Feel Good Friday’ blog from me, Jenny.
Some of you will know me from my online fitness courses, but for some
of you, this may be the first time you’ve heard from me. I want to say hello, from the South Coast of England, to wherever you are in the world, and thank you for engaging and opening this message.
Each Friday I’m going to be reaching out to you with hints and tips and positivity, all geared towards giving you a lift and hopefully inspiring you to make little improvements to your fitness, mental health and nutrition.
This blog isn’t attempting to be your fitness bible. All of you that know me and have worked with me will know that I strive towards consistent improvement, not perfection.
I hope this blog does exactly that. These days we’re overloaded with information. I try to take out the ‘Noise’ and the confusion and help you do a bit more implementation instead.
This week in the UK it’s ‘Mental Health Awareness Week’, and I believe movement and exercise, whatever your level is, is more effective than any pill or prescription from a doctor.
