I have designed some new and exciting fitness services ready for summer 2016! I’d love you to come and join me and make the most of the beautiful area we live in and what nature has to offer us. The sun(!) the sea, the sand and the forest. Sessions are ‘all inclusive’, so will include towels, a mat, a bottle of San Peligrino mineral water, a fresh juice – made the same morning with fresh ingredients using a recipe from either my book or my in house celebrity food writer Debbie Major.
To make the most of this beautiful part of the world we live, this session consists of a tailor made exercise session on a sandy beach followed by stretching and an (optional) dip in the sea! I’ll provide your yoga mat and mineral water. Then we re-fuel with a fresh breakfast juice made with fresh ingredients that morning for maximum nutrients. The recipe will be from either new book or from my resident celebrity food writer – Debbie Major.
Exercise session can include;
- Fitness Pilates
- Toning and resistance training
- Interval training
- Relaxation and meditation
- …Or any combination of the above

I have 4 different forest fitness sessions available. All in the most gorgeous areas of the forest with the best scenery. There are 4 different routes to choose from to include power walking and a bit of (optional!) jogging and using the forest as our gym. We use hills, logs, benches even trees to help us get fitter, tone up and stretch out. We can also include relaxation and meditation if you would like.
Again, I will have a bottle of mineral water and a nutrient dense juice ready for afterwards. Each session will be planned according to your requirements and preferences, so contact me here to book.
Personal training in the pool!
If you love being in the water then this option is for you! I have access to a gorgeous and secluded outdoor pool in Lymington and is perfect for early morning or evening sessions. We can do a range of cardio fitness exercises using the natural water resistance. I also have water dumbbells for strength training and toning. We work the whole body for top to toe health and fitness.
You will be provided with towels, mineral water and a fresh juice for afterwards.
