I often get asked for alternatives to basic sit ups for ways to work the abdominal muscles.
Here’s a short video I filmed this morning that you can all copy. It’s the first of three videos I’ll be doing over three weeks to give you the complete abdominal workout. Obviously an abdominal workout alone won’t give you those super slim, toned, flat stomachs that we all crave, but this workout, along with the next two, will increase your core strength and stability no end. It’s not ridiculously difficult or too long. A short, sharp abs routine to get you going, so off you go!!!
