Good evening guys and girls.

As promised, here’s the second of three abdominal workouts for you. As before, it’s not a long workout and there’s lots of variation for those who don’t like the basic sit up, so there’s no excuses!

Concentrate on the quality of your movements. Don’t rush, think about your form and you’ll get much more out of it.

The first one got lots of brilliant feedback, so I hope you enjoy this one.
