Just for you, my wonderful audience, here’s a quick home workout video for you to follow. No excuses, It’s free, not very long, requires NO gym equipment, and you can even do it whilst pregnant, as you’ll see from the video!

My husband filmed this on his mobile phone¬†(hence the not very professional look to it!) one year ago, and Toby – or ‘Bump as he was known then – is now ten months old! Anyway, I wasn’t going for a professional look using loads of equipment and that’s the whole point. ANYONE can do this at home! You just need a couple of weights and a chair. Don’t forget, if you don’t have dumbbells the weights can be bags of sugar, heavy spanners (Obviously I have a huge tool kit in my shed!), blocks of wood, big stones just anything that you can get your hands on!

Please be careful. I don’t want messages from you that you’re having a month off training because you dropped a big rock on your toe. However, I DO want messages telling me how you got on.
