Workout Wednesday is back!!

Yes fitness friends, workout Wednesday is back, and I’m kicking off with two ‘Perfect Abs’ videos, so here’s part one for you.

These workouts require no equipment, so there’s NO excuses!

Try doing 20 of each exercise, 3 times through. If you can’t manage that, do whatever you can, so long as you push yourself.
