Hi, I’m Jenny — personal trainer, netball lover, mum of two, and someone who genuinely believes that fitness should fit real life.
I grew up in Bournemouth and now live just over the border in Hampshire with my husband, our two children and our cat, Jess.

Fitness has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — not just as a job, but as a constant thread through every chapter of my life.
Like many women, my life is full — family, work, commitments, responsibility — and it’s exactly that reality that has shaped the way I coach.

The company grew organically through word of mouth and good reputation, and all started before the days of social media and a website!
I specialise in getting the very best results for busy and successful people, by making the most of their time available for fitness.

Life Outside the Gym
Fitness has always been a big part of my own life too. I play netball twice a week for local teams and I love the social side just as much as the competition. I also love dance music, and every now and then you’ll find me raving until the early hours in Ibiza — because movement can be joyful, freeing and fun.
My Fitness Journey
I qualified as a Personal Trainer back in 1999, and over 26 years later, I can honestly say I still absolutely love what I do.
Most of my career has been spent in person, on the gym floor, working face-to-face with clients of all ages, abilities and confidence levels. Helping people feel stronger, healthier and more comfortable in their own bodies has never stopped being rewarding for me.
Alongside this, I’ve been training clients online since 2010, long before it became the norm — which means I truly understand how to coach, motivate and support people remotely in a way that actually works.
Community and Giving Back
Over the years, I’ve also taken on a number of fundraising challenges for charity, including:
Lake District 10 Peaks in 12 Hours
Borrowdale 5
Climbing Scafell Pike, Snowdon and Ben Nevis
Running the London Marathon in 2003

Warming the crowd up at the 2025 'Shine' Cancer Research walk in Southampton
For the last three years, my fundraising has been particularly close to my heart. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2022, I’ve focused my efforts on raising money for Breast Cancer charities and Cancer Research UK — causes that mean a great deal to me personally.
Community has always been at the heart of what I do.
I run a free Facebook group with over 60,000 members, focusing on the benefits of intermittent fasting, offering support, motivation and a safe place for people who may not yet believe fitness is “for them”. It’s often where confidence begins.

My business has also allowed me to develop my ‘Young & Talented’ sponsorship programme, helping young athletes with the cost of training and equipment. I am deeply passionate about keeping teenage girls in sport for as long as possible — because sport builds confidence, resilience and belief that carries into every part of life.
If we can keep girls moving, supported and seen, we change futures.

Training With Me Today
I combine decades of experience with modern, flexible training options.
I now offer:
• Online Personal Training for Beginners through my own app
• A supportive online fitness group, Train With Jenny, where we train together live, three times a week
• Coaching, accountability and encouragement that fits around busy lives
I’m proud to be a local personal trainer with a global online presence, working with clients not only across the UK, but also in France, Germany, Italy, South Africa and Australia

My Approach

I believe fitness should be:
Supportive, not intimidating
Consistent, not extreme
Enjoyable, not a punishment

Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into exercise, or looking for structure and motivation, I’m here to guide you every step of the way — with understanding, experience and a good sense of humour.
If you’re ready to train in a way that feels achievable, supportive and sustainable, I’d love to help.
