Everest Base Camp 2027
One Step at a Time

In April 2027, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life: trekking to Everest Base Camp.

At 5,364 metres above sea level, this isn’t just another adventure. It’s a journey that means more to me than reaching a destination.

In September 2022, my life changed when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Like so many others, I faced fear, uncertainty and some incredibly difficult days. Thankfully, thanks to the amazing care I received and the support of my family and friends, I came through it stronger than ever.

Since then, I’ve made it my mission to give something back.

Throughout my life I’ve always loved challenging myself. I’ve completed the London Marathon, climbed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, tackled the Lake District 10 Peaks Challenge, and taken part in countless fundraising events. But Everest Base Camp will be my biggest challenge yet, and I'll be raising money for Cancer Research

Every step I’ll take through the Himalayas will be for the thousands of people affected by breast cancer and for the incredible charities that fund life-saving research and support those going through treatment.

As a personal trainer for over 25 years, I’ve always encouraged others to believe they’re capable of more than they think. Now it’s my turn to put that mindset into practice.

Over the coming months I’ll be sharing my training, preparation, fundraising events and the highs and lows of getting ready for this incredible expedition. I’d love for you to follow the journey.

If you’d like to support me, whether that’s by making a donation, sharing my fundraising page (coming soon) or simply cheering me on, it would mean the world to me.

Together, we can help make a difference.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

The Train with Jenny 2025 Christmas party

Train With Jenny Christmas Party 2025

✨at the Beach Comber Café was pure magic. My heart is so full. 💛
Bringing 80 incredible local clients together to celebrate 26 years of my personal training business felt truly special. What started as my life’s work has become a family business.
This party wasn’t just about Christmas… it was about connection. It was about uniting the wonderful people who train with me in person and online, all part of the same fitness family.

Obviously not all of my online clients could attend, otherwise I'd have had to hire a slightly bigger venue!

However, we missed our members from South Africa, Germany, France, Italy, the north of England, the midlands and Devon — you were with us in spirit, always. 🌍❤️

Although I specialise in one-to-one personal training, it’s so important to me that you all feel part of something bigger… a community that is both local and global, close-knit and far-reaching.
Wherever you are in the world…Everyone will know your name.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to many more years of strength, fitness, friendship and togetherness.

Jenny warms up the crowd in Southampton...Again!

What a way to celebrate 3 years since breast cancer 💕
I was so proud to stand on stage to warm up 1700 people for the Southampton Shine 10k night walk this October (2025).

The view from the stage looking out over the guildhall square with everyone lit up and shining in the night sky was unforgettable.
To walk the 10k with friends and have Martin & the children with me this year was very special ❤️
Another fantastic fundraising event for Cancer Research UK by a very talented team.

Thank you for having me (and for telling the crowd I was younger than I am!)
Together the event raised £120,000 for cancer research.
Beating cancer together.
Thank you to everyone who sponsored us.
