Firstly, thank you so, so much to those that got in touch to tell me what they thought of my brand new, first ever weekly Vlog; 'Feel Good Friday'!
This week I talk about 'Being the difference' to those closest to you, and by closest to you, I mean your immediate family or closest friends. Anyone you spend a lot of time with or live with.
It's often said that those closest to you, don't listen to you. However, those closest to you WILL copy you IF you set the right example.
You can be the difference to those around you, and in turn, improve both you and them!
Show your children, your husband, wife, parents, friends etc, that exercise is normal. It's just what we do. What we should do. Getting outside and moving, playing, cycling, whatever you love doing. Just show them that it's what we should be doing.
Get in front of a screen and put an online class on, not the TV. Climb that hill, do that swim, enter that cycle event, smash that yoga class.
Just do it!
('Just do it'. I like that. Someone should use that!?)
